Although most typical lighting maintenance companies are licensed electrical contractors, they do not always employ qualified electricians to provide lighting repairs and maintenance. In fact, many of these lighting maintenance companies offer limited or no electrical contracting services.

Most of our staff has completed training with IEC or similar electrical training college courses. ATS Electric, Inc. maintains a policy of continuing electrical and safety education.

Monthly Service Agreements |
Level I Basic Monthly Service - Starting at just $35.00 per month
Includes disposal of lamps and ballasts, and monthly inspection of your property lighting. Repairs will be noted, then logged and required repairs made to your lighting system. Repairs are billed hourly at a rate of $35.00 per hour plus materials. Agreements include a do not exceed price per month for both labor and material to eliminate surprises. Customers requiring special equipment for high ceilings, building lights or poles can pre-purchase equipment usage (which includes man-lifts and/or boom trucks) at a rate of $50.00 per month. This amount is in addition to the $35.00 per month service fee. Level I agreements are month to month and cancelable anytime with 30 days notice. Lighting Maintenance customers are provided electrical service work (electrical work other than lighting maintenance) at a discounted rate of just $50.00 per hour.
Level II Monthly Service - Starting at just $45.00 per month
This package includes the same benefits of Level I service but also includes annual inferred panel inspection (up to 4 panels and one 1200 amp SES) at no additional charge. Additional panels will be inspected at a rate of $50.00 per hour. Requires a 12 month agreement
Level III Monthly Service - Starting at just $55.00 per month
This package includes the same benefits of Level II service but also includes annual required service and maintenance of all service equipment (up to 4 panels, 6 100 amp disconnects and (1) 1200 amp service). Also includes two additional hours of free regular electrical service. Requires a 12 month agreement.
